O solve for tomorrow, a program developed by Samsung, arrived in Brazil in 2014. With each edition, the event promotes a series of webinars, workshops and mentoring sessions with the aim of helping participants achieve the objectives of their projects and devise new improvements for society as a whole.

It is important to highlight that the teacher responsible for registration will be the project's guiding teacher. The team must be made up of three to five students enrolled in the same year/grade and at the same school, with only differentiation between classes permitted.

Na 10th edition of Solve for Tomorrow Brasil, the Northeast region was highlighted in Samsung's citizenship program, with six finalist projects.
In the national category, second and third places were won by projects developed by students from schools in Maranhão. And first place went to the north of the country, to Rondônia: the project NanoFotoCream — an antioxidant and photoprotector with repellent action — created by students at the Instituto Federal de Rondonia, Porto Velho campus.
First place in the Popular Jury category was achieved by a project created by students from the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (IFES), Vila Velha campus. They developed a sustainable biofactory prototype with the aim of combating water contamination in a simple and economical way.
