This past Sunday – two days after the terrorist attacks that took place in Paris, , where more than 120 people were killed – the hacker group Anonymous posted a video on YouTube (see below), declaring war on Islamic state, the organization that claimed responsibility for the attacks.
In the video, a spokesperson for the group wearing the famous Guy Fawkes mask - the group's trademark - says that from around the world will "hunt" the Islamic State terrorists. “Anonymous from all over the world will hunt you down. You must know that we will find you and we will not let you go. We will launch the biggest operation yet against you. Expect massive cyber attacks. War has been declared. Prepare yourselves. The French people are stronger than you and will come out of this atrocity even stronger.” Watch the full video below:

In addition to the video, they also used the Twitter to announce that they are at war with the EI and take the opportunity to warn: “We are better hackers”:

This is not the first time that messages have appeared on behalf of the group. Anonymous with threats against the EI. In January of this year, after the attack on the satirical magazine Charlie Hedbo and its journalists and cartoonists, which also took place in , messages were circulated declaring actions against the participants of the EI.
