The Brazilian A5 LED – which is better than its international version – arrives here with 2GB of RAM, PMediaTek eight-core processor, with a maximum frequency of 1.5GHz, 5.2″ IPS screen, HD 720p, 13 and 5 megapixel cameras, the latter being the front one also with an LED flash, 16GB of internal storage, 2800mAh battery, biometric reader and Android 7.0 Nougat as Embedded OS.

The main attraction of the model being the rear finish that is so much talked about, it is actually a cover with LEDs – which means that the device can be found in more discreet circumstances. When used, the LEDs can light up to what is displayed on the screen or to pre-programmed color patterns. The effect ends up being very beautiful and, according to the Alcatel, consumes little of the considerable battery that the smartphone has.
Despite being sold here only with the LED module, abroad the A5 has accessories very similar to those seen in the Moto line of smartphones from Lenovo. In addition to having a cover that adds another 2800mAh to the device's battery, it also has a stereo audio module that improves the quality of the sounds emitted by the device.
