According to AMD the new line of GPUs are capable of rendering both 4K and 8K video, they also have low power consumption, which is an advantage compared to the 800W required by Nvidia's latest line, the RTX 4090. Both have the new RDNA 3 architecture, which promises high performance and efficiency in gameplays, livestreams and creating video content.
In tests carried out by AMD a RX7900XTX achieved great results in games like Overwatch 2 (600 fps with 1444p resolution), Apex Legends (300 FPS with 1440p resolution) and Valorant (833 FPS with 1444p resolution).
A RX 7900 XT reached 306 FPS in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (4K) and 353 FPS in F1 22 (4K). It is important to that we are still just in the event of launching the new graphics cards and more tests need to be done so that their efficiency can be tested in practice.
