through the app Anatel Consumer you can check entitlements, track or record requests. There are three options available: claim request, to try to resolve issues with your carrier; requesting information, in case of doubts about Anatel and sending suggestions to the agency.
Anatel warns that, before making complaints, it is necessary to the operator, write down the protocol and, only in cases where the problem is not resolved, the request at the agency. The operator has five working days to provide clarification, but there is an option to reiterate the request if there is no response within this timeframe. The consumer has the right to reopen any claim within fifteen days if the resolution of the problem is not satisfactory.The app is now available for Android, iOS e Windows Phone.
