A ASUS introduced this new design, exclusive to the 2025 models, to prevent s from having to unscrew the cover to make a simple change or cleaning. The area where the most important components are located, such as the processor, video card and battery, is screwed to avoid major problems. Check it out:

Both models feature a redesigned chassis with cleaner, more modern lines, as well as an improved RGB lighting system that includes a light strip around the base and the AniMe Vision on top of the lid, allowing visual customizations with animations and messages.

The lid is made of aluminum, which ensures greater structural rigidity, improves resistance to twisting and also gives the device a more look. The keyboard area and palm rest also appear to use metal (possibly aluminum), which provides a solid feel to the touch and more comfort during long sessions of use.

The main chassis, in turn, is constructed from plastic, a strategic choice that helps reduce the notebook's weight and improves thermal management, keeping external temperatures more pleasant. Although plastic may feel a little less sophisticated than an all-metal body, its clever application in this line allows for a good balance between performance and portability.

While the 16-inch model weighs 2,8 kg, the 18-inch model weighs 3,38 kg. Both share the same design, with differences only in their display and video cards. And we will comment on the main one now.
