Finally, the third possible entry point for Resident Evil is the one that introduces the player straight to their current directions, with Resident Evil: Biohazard, the seventh “numbered” title in the franchise. Trading the third-person perspective for the first-person view, in Biohazard we are introduced to Ethan Winters, the new hero who represents the new atmosphere of the series, which aims to return to its origins of survival horror.
