For 20 years, Nassar sexually abused girls and college girls at the Gymnastics Federation and Michigan State University. The number of victims who accuse the former doctor reaches 265 women. Among the victims are well-known athletes such as Simone Biles, who won four gold medals at the Rio 2016 Olympics, Gabby Douglas and McKayla Maroney. 

Nassar was sentenced to 360 years in prison for his crimes of sexual abuse and the American Gymnastics Federation (USA Gymnastics) and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) are still facing charges of negligence and covering up the former doctor. .
