For the time being treated only as an idea, without further information about when it will be a product for purchase in fact, the media chair offers comfort, technology and a design that leaves anyone in awe. This set will be a partnership between LG and a company specializing in massage chairs, which has not yet been revealed.

And although it still doesn't actually offer massages, the armchair brings a lot of sound vibration through speakers arranged in the armchair and on the OLED itself - thanks to the technology Cinematic Sound OLED (CSO), from LG itself, which produces sound waves through the vibration of the OLED of the screen. The television is a 55-inch model with a curved OLED screen.

As soon as the person sits in the armchair, he notices that on the right side there is an “arm”, where the screen control is located. In it, you can switch between portrait and landscape modes, as well as use the rotation function to move the chair and, of course, with the screen following the movement.

And the Media Chair isn't alone in showing off new technologies at CES 2022. LG plans to also showcase the Virtual Ride, a platform that unites three 55-inch OLED 4K curved screens to create a large monitor from top to bottom, simulating a route — like a walk in the park, for example. Perhaps it will even be possible to include glasses virtual reality (VR), as long as there's 3D depth technology to improve usability, or maybe include more screens on the sides, so it's not an exclusively vertical experience.

More details on these products, as well as specifications, will be announced at CES 2022.
