Wearing it was quite comfortable, but I would sincerely recommend you not to do it for obvious reasons: your hearing would appreciate it. I had a good experience using the model and it would certainly be a good partner for anyone who likes to listen to music and/or make calls during various times of the day. The solution to this problem was to install the App Gallery of own HUAWEI in my smartphone and then install the application that makes the use more complete. It's not a big deal, but it took me 15 minutes to figure it out myself and complete everything. the installation in iPhones can be done without problems App Store.

With the application installed, I managed to make all the settings that left the use of freebuds 5i more complete. Gestures let you pause, skip, or rewind music. It is also possible to program the activation of the voice assistant by double-tapping one of the headphones. By swiping up or down, you can increase or decrease the music or call volume. A very complete use and that delivers good mobility in everyday life.

About connectivity: This wireless headset has an antenna that follows the standard Bluetooth 5.2. Connection with other devices was great and in less than five seconds after opening the case, the freebuds 5i were automatically connected to the known device. If you are a person who works or uses smartphone and a computer at the same time, and I would like to use the same headset on both devices, this model from HUAWEI and to you.

Right after plugging in the headphones wireless to my smartphone, all I had to do was press the button located on the right corner of the case for it to also connect to my notebook. I managed to make a good switch between one device and another, with a slight delay of two seconds. But the experience was quite complete and the possibility of connecting two devices to the same headset delivers high mobility.

Finally, I had no problems using the headphones on a daily basis and even though they were a little far from my smartphone or computer, the connection was not interrupted. I did a test run of ten meters and the music continued to play without any problems. Thus, day-to-day use was quite assertive.

There is another mode that provides less isolation, indicated precisely when you need to pay attention using both headphones. For my type of , I prefer complete isolation, as I have the habit of reading or chatting on WhatsApp while listening to music. The manufacturer points out that the sound cancellation can reach up to 42 decibels.

The maximum volume of the headphones is really interesting and after 15 minutes I had to go back to the acceptable level due to the annoyance of the high volume. In any case, the freebuds 5i managed to deliver a good experience for music of different genres, giving good emphasis to bass and bass without that nuisance that spoils your entire music experience.

Recording of audios and calls on the WhatsApp she was also quite assertive and the people on the other side of the conversation were able to hear me without any problems. It is an interesting option for you who listen to music and participate in many meetings in the same day.

With the case fully charged and the headphones also recharged, my maximum use was 26 hours before it was necessary to recharge the battery of the case and headphones.

I can say that if you recharge the case all night, you will have almost infinite battery life, as the wireless headphones will be recharged whenever they go back to sleep.

The battery is, without a doubt, the best highlight of the freebuds 5i, as it won't leave you for a whole day and will last until the night with the help of the case. Charging the case is done via a USB-C connection. A HUAWEI sends the cable, but you still need a source to recharge the handset. You can use your cell phone or even computer input.
