The first challenge will be launched on July 6th and the marathon will end on August 1st, when the 100 developers who will go to the IT Forum+ in Bahia. There will be a competition face-to-face, who will decide who will take the title of 1st Master Dev from Brazil. The first five places will win a trip to San Francisco (CA), where they will visit an IBM Laboratory and participate in an immersion to develop skills and abilities in artificial intelligence and other technologies.

According to him, with this initiative, the IBM aims to combine the best of both worlds: the talent and skills of Brazilian developers and important local and international companies that want to recruit new talent trained in new technologies.

A study of the developer community Stack Overflow states that, currently, the technology of Cloud Computing is used by more than half of enterprise developers worldwide and another 28% of them plan to start developing in the cloud within the next 12 months.
