For the actor, a new movie would start with his character trying to leave New York. “Literally trying to get off the island. Maybe he asks for help bowery king (Lawrence Fisburne). Perhaps John Leguizamo come and help me,” Reeves said excitedly.
"Maybe the high dome show up and start shooting. And perhaps such a thing will happen between the High Dome and the Shelf? Maybe John activates this confrontation and has a war? Wouldn't that be awesome?” he concluded, excited.
Stahelski, however, had a more down-to-earth view of the narrative he would like to tell in the third John Wick. “I would say, if we are lucky enough to continue, I would like to expand by maybe 25%. But I would like to delve into the world of the people we already know – another 50%.”
The conversation was all hypothetical, after all, the studio still hasn't given the green light for the production of the third film. However, with box office receipts and positive reviews, it is matter of time until the project wins a script.
