After the orders of Russian invasion and attack on Ukraine by Vladimir Putin, the world is facing the calamities that have been taking place in the European country. One of some of the resources available online to keep an eye on what is happening is a map which displays in real time the attacks. Based on information taken from social networks such as Twitter, YouTube and TikTok, the website MapHub confirms the event information — the attack itself or any other Russian movement — and makes it available on the platform. 4y2b6x
About MapHub j412s
The map hosted on website MapHub it is nothing more than a reliable source for journalists inside and outside Ukraine to base their information on. created by Center for Information Resilience (CIR), the map is powered by images and videos that are posted on the aforementioned social networks and with the Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) there is a verification and confirmation of the data, before its availability on the website. In this way, all public information available on the internet becomes the material seen on MapHub.

How do we this information? We use simple open source techniques such as image analysis and geolocation to confirm where, when and what is in the footage.

They also explained a little more about the suitability of the information. In case of Twitter, for example, checking where the tweet was made in conjunction with information taken from the Google Maps e Google Earth, they are able to track that record and confirm that it is all right to be displayed on the map. As it is a public source of information, anyone who has access to the internet can check the map, which has gathered information on Russian movements in Ukraine since January 1, 2022 until the present day.
How does the map work? 5md26
There are two ways to handle the MapHub map: through the tools on the right column and own map in itself. In the right column there are three tabs, the “Map” which displays the number of logged events; "Item” by which you can check images according to the displayed categories — including by month — and also “basemap” which changes the map view to your preference. In "filter items” you can also search for specific or locations to search on the map.

Now in the main view of the site you can view a map, like the ones we see on Google Maps. As soon as you access the map, you can see Ukraine, some neighboring countries and several markers of different colors distributed throughout the territory. Each of them gives different information, the caption being as follows:
- yellow markers: display other footage;
- green markers: display movement and accumulation of military assets;
- orange markers: display images of bombing, explosion or destruction;
- blue markers: Display satellite images of related forces and motion.
By clicking on any of the markers, you can view various information about what happened. Among the various information, it is possible to check the date on which it took place, a brief description, the geolocation, the country, the province, the district, the city, the coordinates, the type of weapon used and the level of violence in the place. If you want to check the source of that information, just click on the link that appears as soon as you access any of the bookmarks.

In addition to using a map to check how Russian movements are in Ukrainian territory, there is also another map to check the state of air traffic in the country. Through Flightradar24 it is possible to several air trips around the world, including those referring to Ukraine — which had their activities interrupted.

The link offered shows the map of Ukraine in which, apparently, there is a void of air routes, precisely confirming that there is no type of flight in Ukrainian territory, and apparently, there are also no flights in places around the country. Not only are flights with local embarkation or disembarkation, the routes that have Ukraine as a route have all been diverted so that there is no air traffic in the place, considered to be at risk.
