A Motorola announced that the new Motorola Razr with a folding screen will only arrive in Brazil in January 2020, but we had the opportunity to test the smartphone first hand, at the company's headquarters in São Paulo, and we are going to tell you a little about our experience. 461p4q
Combining innovation and nostalgia, the Motorola Razr was confirmed last November 14th. It is a device with a folding screen very similar to the classic V3, released in 2004.
Design and finishing 21wc
Its look is very compact and differs from competitors such as Samsung Galaxy Fold, which when closed is the size of a smartphone and when opened it looks like a small tablet.
O Razr, when opened, is the size of a regular smartphone and when folded in half, it is reduced in size by half, being an excellent option for women, who have pants with small pockets, and those who want portability. With a compact design, it's 202g and less than 7mm thick when not folded, rising to around 14mm when closed.
The foldable smartphone has a slot for only one carrier chip and does not come with a micro SD card slot or headphones. However, the Motorola equipped it with USB 3.0 for fast charging and data transfer.
On the back, there is a 16MP camera and, above it, a screen with touch-sensitive functions, such as putting it in airplane mode, activating bluetooth or Wi-Fi and answering messages. You can also place orders at Google Assistant, as well as viewing basic smartphone features.

Thanks to this flip-folding design, the Motorola Razr can take selfies with the rear camera more easily, even with a 5MP sensor built into the front of the device.
The main camera has an aperture of f / 2.0 and records videos in 4K and 30 frames per second, brings HDR functions and face detection. The internal camera has five megapixels, records videos in FULL HD and 30FPS.
The main display is plastic coated and is 6,2 inches in size with 21:9 aspect ratio and OLED technology. The resolution is 870 x 2142 pixels (HD+), resistant to water splashes and dust, according to the Motorola. The external screen, in turn, is a 2,7-inch OLED with a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. Just like the manufacturer's other devices, just a gesture close to the screen activates the “Always-On-Display”, which shows the latest notifications.
It is possible to activate the camera and flashlight just by “shaking” the smartphone, and this function can be configured through the application Motorcycle.

O Motorola Razr It's not a top of the line market, but it serves the intermediate market well. It is equipped with the processor Snapdragon 710, Qualcomm, 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage without expansion.
The operating system is Android 9.0 with a very similar appearance to what we already know in the company's smartphones. Regarding the battery, there is a 2.510mAh tank with fast charging (charger included in the box).
In Brazil, the price has not yet been announced, but in the United States it will be US$ 1499, which at the current price is around R$6.295,00 not counting taxes.
