before starting this review, I that I am a lover of both systems, Android e iOS, currently using a smartphone Android and a iPad da Apple . Appreciating and understanding both worlds makes it easier for me to write a more unbiased and complete review of this new release of Motorolatablets Motorola XOOM 2 Media Edition. See below:

Once a skeptic about the use and usefulness of tablets, I never tire of finding new ways to take advantage of this type of gadgets. Practicality and versatility are adjectives widely deserved by these little devices. With them we have access to magazines, books, publications and internet content. (https://mclaneedgers.com/) For more specific classes and questions, we have applications that simulate calculators, converters, translators, as well as research sites such as Wolfram Alpha and Wikipedia.

Motorola ZERO 2 ME has processor dual-core 1.2 GHz and long battery life. Light and thin, it holds an 8,2-inch display with Gorilla Glass and resolution of 1280×800 pixels. Other features include a 5MP rear camera that records in HD (1080p) and a 1.3MP front camera (for video conferences), microHDMI (for displaying the tablet image on the TV) and, being a device Android, it starts syncing with your Google  (GMAIL, s, Calendar, Maps, etc). Its size makes it more practical than other models. It is worth ing that, from the factory, the ZERO 2 ME still loads version 3.2 of Android.

An interesting detail is the new protection SplashGuard. Responsible for protecting the housing and internal components, it repels any liquid that comes into with the tablets. Just don't try to play your ZERO 2 ME in the pool, as it is unlikely to survive immersion.

Motorola XOOM 2 ME vs. Apple iPad:

Every assessment of a tablets would be incomplete without a comparison against the main competitor in the market: the iPad da Apple .

Starting off, the screen ZERO 2 ME is smaller in size than tablets da Apple . Also, it is a little annoying that the power button on the device is located on the back (which makes the have to lift the tablet every time it goes into stand-by).

iPad still offers a greater variety of applications and accessories, even in its first version. However, the ZERO 2 ME not far behind. Being one tablets Android, enjoys the freedom and compatibility of an open system. No proprietary cables or obsolete accessories.

Motorola XOOM 2 ME vs. ZOOM Original:

One of the main differences between the new and the old model of Motorola XOOM is the addition of the 2.1 speaker set (two speakers and a subwoolfer).

O ZERO 2 ME also comes with MotoCast, application to do the streaming of music and videos from a computer to the player, and the Dijit, a universal remote control (ing that the tablet has an infrared transmitter).

The app MotoCast com still with a 14-day leave for the Twonky, service that allows to create a server of several protocols, as DLNA, AirPlay, UpNP, etc.
