Focused on portable gameplay, the Switch Lite was announced by Nintendo as the affordable model of the traditional Switch. The new console retains the main highlights of the larger model, but in a compact form. Different from Switch traditional, the Switch Lite will not the dock, that means it cannot be connected to the TV. Its joy-cons are also not removable, making it impossible for the to access the Nintendo Labo. As a more affordable version of the Switch, the console will not have hd rumble and infrared camera, vital functions of traditional Joy-cons.
O Switch Lite also has some design and usability changes, replacing the directional buttons on the left side with a D-Pad, like the Nintendo, the console will natively only Switch games that can be played in handheld mode.

With that, the list ends with the titles: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate e Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. In case you don't know whether the game s handheld mode or not, every game box comes with this specification on the back of it.
But don't worry, it will be possible to connect the Switch Lite with separate pairs of Joy-cons to play some games that require the Joy-cons to be separated, such as 1-2 Switch e Super Mario Party. However, for this, the controls must be purchased separately and will need another device to be loaded.

O Nintendo Switch Lite will be released in three different colors: yellow, turquoise and gray, and there will be the special edition Zacian and Zamazenta Edition, with decals and colors of the legendary Pokémon from the new Pokemon Sword and Shield.
