Cell phones in the interior and coast of São Paulo in areas 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 will have the ninth digit from August 25th, as determined by the Anatel (National Telecommunications Agency). The process will be similar to what happened in the metropolitan region of São Paulo (code 11) in July 2012.
