Here, we separate the best of E3 2021 – unfortunately, much of the magic of conferences, which include unexpected stage appearances and audience excitement, is lost with the online element, but there is still plenty of good stuff, from games and peripherals to movies and fun taped conferences. Grab your most comfortable gaming chair and let's go!
Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope 2m1k6u
Starting chronologically, the Ubisoft Forwards, a conference by the Canadian company of the same name, brought a lot involving previously announced games, bringing both extra cinematic trailers and unpublished gameplays. One of the few real novelties includes the sequel to the Crossovers most unexpectedly fun game: Mario + Rabbids.
The eccentricity of the announcement, however, was due to the leak of the game a few hours before the conference, so most viewers already knew what to expect. Faking surprise or not, however, there is no way not to be delighted with the comic trailers of the franchise, and wait for the news that seem to be included in the new episode, such as Rosalina Rabbid and the Sparks that give the game its name, which should arrive on next year.

And it's not just games that live a E3. An interesting novelty that Ubisoft brought to its conference was the announcement and trailer of its newest movie based on the world of video games: Werewolves Within, a 2016 game that is based on social play (also called Mafia, abroad, and Assassin, here in Brazil) where participants must try to find out who the werewolf is.
With the right choice to turn the story into a comedy, the trailer was fun enough to leave an expectation in the viewers. I, at least, can't wait to check out the story on the small screens. The film releases later this month.

This time, we've inverted the source and destination media: we have a game based on a movie. The Director's 2009 Success James Cameron, which still earned the highest worldwide box office (without inflation correction, it is worth mentioning), won a very beautiful cinematic trailer and the promise of a game that will bring a completely original story in the world of Pandora.
With the visuals and the potential that exists to explore in the franchise's universe, we can't help but expect a great game - we can only try to calibrate expectations, since there is no more gameplay information from Avatars: Frontiers of Pandora or anything like that for now.

Let's change the scope a bit and talk about an entire conference this time. the developer Devolver Digital, who had already been making insane and very comical presentations in other instances of E3, brought this format back in the digital version.
In the midst of pre-recorded presentations that are super plastered and often monotonous – we even understand, after all, it is the first year that the event is constrained only to screens -, the Devolver conference was a wonderful refreshment with its irreverence and creativity. Not forgiving anyone, the Direct screwed up everything from game subscription services to NFTs, one of the hot topics of the year.

Going to the second day of E3, it is impossible not to mention the conference that (almost) everyone considers to have been the best of the entire event: the Microsoft. The conference itself had many interesting games, between new appearances and additions to already known games, but the star of the day was the Game .
Microsoft's subscription service, which encomes both Xbox as much as PC, has been increasing in scope year after year, and this time the muscle flexing has been in the sheer amount of games included in the service since day 1 – or launch. Of the 30 games shown at the conference, 27 will be playable from the moment of launch.
The standard service costs R$29,99 per month (both the version for PC how much for Xbox), and the Ultimate version, R$44,99, which includes special discounts, even more games and a better multiplayer experience. Below, we will quickly go through the most interesting titles that will come to the subscription service (a “best of Game“, so to speak).

Hopefully the additions to the gameplay and game dynamics make it even more fun than its spiritual predecessors – the trailer seems to show just that, but there's no way to know for sure without playing it. Back 4 Blood arrives in October this year.

The acclaimed action RPG Obsidian won the hearts of many gamers, mainly by taking the gameplay of the creators of Fallout: New Vegas, and now more of that experience is out there. With little more than a cinematic announcement trailer, at least now we're prepared for an eventual gameplay showcase. No dates announced, there is time to calibrate the pacemaker.

Returning to the big announcements, we have the appearance of the first gameplay of the recently announced Battlefield 2042, the darling franchise of EA and DICE who took a time jump in this latest title, going from the Second World War to the future. The sequence of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, interestingly, was already on our list of best of E3 of 2019!
