Created in 2021, the new feature of Superior Electoral Court it serves both to help voters who will travel or who have not been able to transfer their domicile during the first semester. Voting in transit is extremely important for Elections 2022 and for the exercise of democracy.

How to request a vote in transit? 481q33
To request the vote in transit is easy, but with some important details. It is essential that the voter knows which city he will be in on the election date, and it can only be for one round. Another important step is to find out about the electoral situation, which can be consulted on the TSE.
The request cannot be made to voters whose title is suspended or in debt with the Electoral Court. In these cases, the voter must justify his absence from a polling station, on election day, or through the app. e-Title do TSE, available to Android e iOS (iPhone).
The application for voting in transit must be made in person at any electoral registry office, until Thursday (18). It is also important to that after requesting a temporary transfer to another city or state, it is not possible to change the address provided.
The requirements for requesting a vote in transit are:
- Be up to date with the Electoral Justice;
- A photo document;
- The Voter's Title;
- Inform which city you will be in on election day.
It is possible to transfer your vote from city or state. However, there are some limitations to voting, such as:
- If the voter only asks for a city transfer in the same state, he will be able to vote for all available positions in Election 2022;
- If the transfer is of state, the voter can only vote for the position of President;
For voters who have electoral domicile abroad, it is also possible to request the vote for President in transit in Brazil. For these voters, the same requirements and the prior request in Brazilian consulates and offices are followed.
