Shadow of the Colossus tells the journey of a young man called “The Wanderer” who travels through a forbidden land to battle massive giants covered in armor of stone and metal. The PS4 version has new visuals and a new control scheme that makes the young man's battles and his journey on top of his faithful horse less complicated and more intuitive for the player.

Each battle against a Colossus is unique and encourages the player to discover the best way to face these giant enemies. While this title is not as exciting as Shadow of the Colossus, it is still a good choice for those looking for a lot of action and speed. Sonic Forces explores a little more the gameplay style created in Sonic Generations, which mixes 2D platform mechanics with the classic Sonic character with 3D sections using modern Sonic. This time, both past and future Sonics will have to work together to save the world that was taken over by Dr. Eggman. Other heroes like Tails, Knuckles, Amy and a resistance force ready to thwart and destroy the villain's plans are also ed in this mind-blowing adventure.
One of the great differences between Sonic Forces and other games in the series is that you can create a fully customizable character to help Sonic and his friends during their adventure. Even though it is a well-made creation and with a much smaller amount of bugs and technical problems than its 2015 predecessor, Sonic Boom, Forces was not a well-rated title by critics, being considered by many to be a mediocre platform game, full of clichés and much lower in quality when compared to another title that was released in the same year, Sonic Mania (and which was already available in one of the PS Plus months of 2019 for service subscribers).
