Showmetech – What is QLED? 674827
QLED is divided into three pillars that cover all consumer needs. It encomes a pillar of image (Q-Picture) which is the most noticeable, which the consumer looks at and knows they want a cool image to enjoy and to have at home; have the pillar of style (Q-Style) which will provide a different installation and exhibition in the consumer's home and the pillar of smart (Q-Smart) which is a completely different navigation and TV experience.
When consumers look at a QLED, they will realize that it is a TV that delivers a lot in of image, a lot in of style, in the installation and exposure of the TV in the environment, and a lot in of navigation and experience with the TV.
Showmetech – What is Quantum Dot technology and why the 10-year warranty against burn-in? u3c1b
One of the biggest complaints from consumers is precisely “hey, my screen here is 2-3 years old and I'm seeing a little mark there, a logo mark from a TV station, or a mark from a movie menu”. This is burn-in. Burn-in is caused when a static image is displayed on the screen for a long time and the screen blurs. This is a big consumer complaint.
That's why when we presented the pillar of Q-Picture referring to image perfection, all the image quality, brightness perfection, HDR, we Quantum Dots as a pillar of this technology.
The Quantum Dot receives light from the LED, which can transmit colors in a very precise way. Unlike an old technology like plasma, where the pixels were formed there in an organic way on the screen or like a newer technology like OLED, for example, which has a technology that also uses organic materials to form an image, the Quantum Dot is an (inorganic) crystal that does not deteriorate, just like a diamond that does not wear out over time. We trust our technology so much that's why we offer a 10-year guarantee against burn-in.
Showmetech – QLED stands out for being a TV with accessories. What benefit do they bring? 28455a
Accessories are part of the QLED proposal. The point is this: when the consumer invests in an equipment as complete as a QLED, Samsung's intention was to provide one more device so that it has a benefit and that it is an exclusivity. Today, in all homes, the TV is the same, positioned on a piece of furniture. Samsung wanted to overcome this barrier of the TV having to be on a mobile.
With in the gap it fits perfectly on the wall, with no space between the QLED and the wall. already the STUDIO, for example, is an accessory that provides a view of the QLED as if it were a real work of art, it is an elegant easel, which you can place in the center of the environment, expose the back of the TV, or even place it in an environment corner. Finally, the Gravity offers a 35 degree rotation to both sides. so no matter which room the consumer is in, he has a feeling that he is being completely served by the TV.
Showmetech – What did Samsung see when creating One Connect and One Remote? x23c
We want the remote control to follow the TV design with this new finish and be just as functional. O OneRemote it still has the function of controlling everything that is connected to the TV, but the improvement in control is that you can now control all the devices even if they are not in the same room.
Thanks to the invisible connection of QLED TV, you can keep all those peripherals connected to the television somewhere else with the five meter optical cable. So Samsung provided, through the junction of the TV control software, a way for the consumer to just point the control to the TV, which the optical cable transmits the signal to the screen and to the equipment in a very fast and accurate way.
that view of the back of the TV full of HDMIs, optical cable, audio and video? Today we significantly reduced it to two cables (power and One Connect). It's the OneConnect it serves as a hub, a hub in which various other equipment is connected to it.
Showmetech - In addition to the three pillars of the TV, Samsung is also betting on after-sales service. How it works? 4g251
Samsung is and is concerned about consumers in this category, so we determined an effective and immediate action on a differentiated after-sales service for the customer. So today we are extending the platform concierge, which was exclusive to Galaxy S8, for the TV platform. Today, the consumer who buys a QLED will have an exclusive 24-hour service for her, including weekends.
The consumer will have a 10-year warranty against burn-in within the Concierge package, in addition to that, he will have tips on configurations, use, smart content and, obviously, in case of any problem he has with the QLED, he will have an entire remote and face-to-face, fast and effective consultancy so that he has his problem solved as soon as possible.
