Stray was revealed in 2020 at the announcement event of PlayStation 5, being produced by the famous Annapurna Interactive and a small studio called BlueTwelve. At first, the game drew attention for starring an orange cat in a city Cyberpunk, and that was enough to captivate everyone watching that day. But since then, there has always been a question in our heads: What is Stray? 6v2i63
An exciting story of Annapurna 31541v
We started Stray next to our family. As the name of the game suggests, we are a cat without an owner, free, loose and who lives alongside his friends, living high feline adventures out there. But, because of a small accident, our cat is thrown into a city without light, dark, abandoned and with a lot of garbage around. You realize that there is no way out, it is impossible to go back to your friends, and the only way for us to our family is to move forward.

As we walk through the halls of this empty city, a light appears asking for help! We follow the messages left by the mysterious light, only to find a kind of monster capable of devouring everything in its path. Fortunately, we managed to get away from these horrible monsters, and moreover, we finally found out where these mysterious messages came from! a little robot called B-12, imprisoned for over 100 years, needs your help to uncover the mystery of this lost city. In return, he promises to help you get back to the surface, back to freedom!
This friendship between B-12 and the Cat evolves as they enter the favelas, a part of the city inhabited by humanoid robots. These robots are scared when they meet you for the first time! After all, it's the only organic thing that appears in the city that doesn't want to devour their metallic bodies. Over time, you manage to calm the robots down, and you realize that they are not so different from the humans that once inhabited this city.
O city guardian says that the only way to return to the surface is to find the Extramural, a legion of robots who are tired of living trapped in this metal city and dream of one day seeing the blue sky beyond the border. With this information, you and B-12 set off on an adventure filled with comion, puzzle, humanity and freedom.
Stray managed to move me in ways I never imagined would happen.! It's unbelievable how a story about a lost kitten and robots in a futuristic city can resonate so well with the path our world is taking. The game manages to make you realize how important our humanity and freedom is, and we must do everything not to give it up, as impossible as it may seem.
Simple yet functional gameplay 3m6qj

Stray is a simple adventure, exploration and mystery game. Although there are enemies in the game, whether the zurks or the sentries, the game does not have any type of combat, after all, you are just a kitten. Your defenses against enemies boil down to using the feline skills of dodging, running and jumping to evade danger. Although there is a brief period where you can "fight back" with the help of B-12, it is fleeting and does not last long.
Stray it's also a game of platform, which matches the movement of a feline too much. To resolve puzzle, explore districts and find objects of interest, you must scratch, jump, climb and run across ancient roofs, in a claustrophobic city with many accesses. THE gameplay It's simple, but it works the way it's supposed to work. The responses of the cat animations are very fluid, and the HUD of the game is very intuitive for you to understand exactly where it is possible to climb.
It's very easy to classic adventure games I played on my PC, and this was a very pleasant surprise. It is possible to finish the game with “only” 8 hours, but I am sure you will finish the game with a taste of wanting more.
Art direction is eye-popping 42296r

The art direction of Stray It's one of the game's strongest points. It's amazing what the team at BlueTwelve managed to do in a relatively simple game, and I dare say one of the best looking PlayStation 5 games so far! The details in the scenery, in the lighting, the natural of its characters, bright colors, neon buildings and ambience make this world come alive, eccentric and fun to explore. It's also really cool how each district in the game differs from one another, highlighting the difference in culture and social class of the robots that live above the others.
And of course I can't help but mention the protagonist! As the owner of a kitten, I couldn't stop comparing the character's animations in the game with the movements my pet makes, and it's this little attention to the details that caused Stray enter my heart as a great example of how important art direction is for games to stand out.
Few bugs, but nothing that interferes with the gameplay 2f4h5

Unfortunately, not everything can be 100% perfect. In addition to some bugs visuals, like characters doing the T-pose or their clothes appear floating beside their bodies, the game also featured some bugs serious where my character it got stuck inside the wall, objects or just didn't move. More than once I had to restart the last one checkpoint, and while that doesn't get in the way as much as it should, it's always annoying having to retrace your steps from the beginning. Technical bugs were rare, but I can't pretend they don't exist.
Conclusion 60664y

Stray became the game Annapurna Interactive's most successful, and it's pretty easy to understand why! Your story, gameplay, natural and content is enough to attract a new legion of fans of all ages! After all, who doesn't like cute kittens? It's a beautiful game about humanity, freedom and sacrifice. Your world full of details created by the artists of BlueTwelve will always stay in my memory, and your story will always remind me to keep moving forward to achieve my goals.
Having said that, I would say that Stray is a must for fans of adventure, mystery, science fiction and… kittens! With the game coming free to of playstation plus deluxe, it's obvious that I recommend you give him a chance. I am sure that Stray will leave you thrilled and satisfied after venturing into this magnificent universe.

Recorders9/10 AmazingStray's graphics, along with his art direction, are one of the most attractive points of the entire game. Each level is meticulously created by its designers, its cities tell stories through its buildings, graffiti and neon signs, and the game's lighting brings tears to your face.

Gameplay8/10 GreatStray's gameplay is simple, but it works. Encountering enemies comes down to running faster than them, and what little combat there is is soon taken out of your hands to favor the adventure. At the very least, the platforming elements in the game work perfectly, as well as matching our feline protagonist.
