Available in Brazil since the beginning of January, this model is the most basic in the new line of smartphones from Samsung. With an official weight of 195 grams and a thickness of 8,8 millimeters, it has a 6,7-inch LCD screen with HD+ quality. The model was launched in three colors in Brazil: black, silver and green.
Its camera set is impressive due to it being a cheap smartphone: there is a 50 MP main lens on the rear and another 2 MP lens for capturing depth for portrait mode. On the front, we have an 8 MP camera for selfies and video calls. It will be possible to record videos in 1080p quality at 60 or 30 frames per second with the rear lenses.
Its battery has a capacity of 5.000 mAh, but the Samsung declined to comment on the exact duration, stating that the model will be active “for a whole day without effort” during the launch event. It will be possible to recharge the Galaxy A05 with a 15W charger shipped in the box.
The performance should impress more basic s: the Galaxy A05 arrives on the Brazilian market with an Octa-core processor MediaTek Helio G85 12 nm — also seen in the moto g23 e Redmi Note 8 - in addition to 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded by inserting an SD card of up to 1 TB. The first novelty of today's event, the Galaxy A05s reminds him of his “little brother” in many ways. Its weight is 194 grams and it has the same thickness of 8,8 millimeters as the Galaxy A05. The LCD screen measures 6,7 inches and has a better resolution — FHD+ — maintaining a 90Hz refresh rate.
The biggest visual difference is in the cameras: the Galaxy A05s arrives on the Brazilian market with a triple set of lenses, with a 50 MP main lens, a 2 MP depth camera and another 2 MP macro. Its front camera can take photos in 13 MP quality and the model records videos in 1080p at 60 or 30 frames per second.
The battery also has a capacity of 5.000 mAh and, according to Samsung, lasts for a whole day. It will be possible to recharge the Android smartphone using the 15W charger sent in the box, via a USB-C cable. A 2mm P3,5-type headphone jack is also available.
Its processor is a Snapdragon 680 6 nanometers — already used by Galaxy A23 2022 — and has 6 GB of RAM, in addition to your 128GB of internal storage. Galaxy A15 LTE and Galaxy A15 5G 4h4e17
A Samsung presented two variants of Galaxy A15 for 2024. Both have a 6,5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED screen, in addition to weighing 200 grams. The USB-C input is more than confirmed here, with the same going for the 2 mm P3,5 headphone input. There is no difference in colors: both models will be launched in Dark Blue, Light Blue and Light Green (which looks more like a shade of yellow).
The rear cameras are a triple set consisting of: a 50 MP main camera, a 5 MP ultrawide camera and a 2 MP macro camera. The front lens is enough to take photos in 13 MP quality and the device also records videos in 1080p quality at 60 or 30 frames per second with the rear lenses.
The big difference between the models is in their processor, which also implies connectivity, the 4G model has the processor MediaTek Helio G99 six nanometer sensor with for NFC, already used by Galaxy A24 2023. The Galaxy A15 5G arrives on the market with a chipset MediaTek Dimension 6100+.
The RAM of both devices is 4 GB/8 GB and the internal storage is up to 256 GB, but it will be possible to expand this to up to 1 TB via an SD card. Its battery is 5.000 mAh and a 15W charger will be sent in the model's box.

Closing the news, the Galaxy A25 5G arrives to deliver the best of Samsung for your entry category. It has a 6,5-inch screen with FHD+ resolution and for Vision Boost, which allows for outdoor use through a peak brightness of 800 nits. The refresh rate of the Super AMOLED-U type display is 120 Hz. The available colors are: Dark blue, light blue and light green.
The cameras of the most complete model justify its price: it has a 50 MP main lens with an optical sensor for better videos, as well as an 8 MP ultrawide camera and a 2 MP macro camera. Its front lens takes photos at 13 MP and, like the others, it records videos in 1080p quality at 60 or 30 frames per second on the rear cameras.
The processor chosen by Samsung was manufactured by the company itself: the Exynos 1280 of five nanometers, used in Galaxy A53 2022 and Galaxy M34 of 2023. The Galaxy A25 5G will also be released in variants of 6 GB or 8 GB RAM, with storage options for 128 GB or 256 GB of internal storage. The battery is 5.000 mAh and a 15W charger will be sent in the box. The device also has a P2-type headphone jack.
