Fire Emblem Engagement 3u716r

On ShowmeCAST 128 we started talking about Fire Emblem Engagement. The story of the game tells a story that a thousand years ago four kingdoms ed forces with heroes from other worlds to defeat the evil dragon in a war. Now, the seal that keeps him trapped is weakening and the dragon is about to wake up. As the Divine Dragon, the player will need to strategize with robust customization to collect 12 emblem rings and restore peace to the continent of Elyos.
Skyrim 4w6o6g

We talked about this classic that Pedro is playing for the first time more than 10 years after its release that had a strong impact on the gaming industry. Skyrim is a role-playing game that retains the traditional open-world gameplay found in the series. The Elder Scrolls and the experience as a game that lets the player develop their own adventure however they want has been good to play to date, despite its technical problems.
Danganronpa 42x5o

On ShowmeCast 128 we also discussed about Danganronpa, which is an investigative visual novel that follows 15 students invited to study at one of Japan's most prestigious schools. All students are chosen because they are exceptional in some area. Everything seems normal, until when entering that institution, the player finds himself in a game of life and death, where the main objective is to kill one of his classmates without anyone finding out. The game is focused on investigation and has a focus on its courtroom moments where the characters carry out arguments about facts of the crime scene to find out who was the culprit.
Danganronpa is a great choice for being a game that helps the player to reach an answer during his narrative without needing big logical leaps and makes the experience pleasant for the vast majority.
Confessions of a Mask 2i706d

On this week's podcast we talk about Confessions of a Mask, which is a work by writer Mishima, whose real name is Hiraoka Kimitake. Mishima was a fervent irer of the ancient traditions of Japanese culture and makes his work interesting by the way he manages to expose his internal conflicts even hindered by the ideology that surrounds him through a very personal book.
The work tells the story of Koo-chan, who faces an internal conflict in interwar Japan. During his adolescence, he has fantasies that combine sexual desire, sadomasochistic violence and morbidity, even imagining a “theater of death”, where young fighters would face each other like gladiators, just for the pleasure of the protagonist himself.
Babylon x4w3o

Babylon is Damian Chazelle's new film and, on ShowmeCast 128, we talked about his discussions regarding the history of cinema and the psychological character of characters faced with the decadence of their way of living. The story takes place in the period of transition from silent films to talking films, when many actors and producers began to have their leading role in society shaken by an abrupt change in their profession, which revolutionized the entire industry. The film mixes moments of suspense with good humor, showing a new version of Chazelle who proves himself once again as one of the great directors of current cinema.
Aftersun 1z5359

We ended ShowmeCast 128 talking about Aftersun, which tells the story of Sophie and her father Calum during a holiday in the late 1990s at a club on the Turkish coast. They make the most of their time together, playing pool, showering and enjoying each other's friendly company. Calum feels more confident and excited when he's with Sophie, while she believes anything is possible with him around. Though they enjoy every moment together, a sense of sadness and mystery sometimes permeates Calum's demeanor. Twenty years later, Sophie's memories take on new meaning as she tries to understand the person she knew as a father compared to the man she didn't know.
