There are 11 in total: White Belt e Yellow belt with internationally validated Lean Six Sigma certification; Introduction to Lean and Introduction to Lean Healthcare; OKR (Objectives and key results); Fundamentals of Project Management; Fundamentals of Industrial Production Management; Fundamentals of Quality Management; Creativity – Principles and Techniques; Conflict management; and Empathy.

Two of the courses offered insert students into the universe Lean Six Sigma: the first, White Belt, presents an introduction to it, identifying routine problems and focusing on improvement. already the Yellow belt it helps professionals to analyze, in a more critical way, which problems impede the work processes.

The programme Introduction to Lean works on fundamental concepts of the methodology Lean and seven wastes – transport, inventory, movement, waiting, overprocessing, overproduction and defects –, teaching how to identify, locate and eliminate them from routine. Meanwhile, the Lean Healthcare focuses on teaching improvements in healthcare, with practical tools to provide excellent care and add value to the patient.
O OKR (Objectives and key results) explores this agile management methodology, which helps in defining and unfolding the main objectives and goals of a company. With this, it can help to integrate teams, as it keeps objectives aligned with the organizational culture.
And, still on technical knowledge, the course Fundamentals of Project Management ranges from defining problems to setting goals, with good practices disseminated by the SMEs (Project Management Institute) and structured in PMBoK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), a guide with a set of practices, considered the basis of knowledge in the area.

O Fundamentals of Industrial Production Management develops skills to manage industrial production processes, which makes it possible to reduce costs, add value to the customer and increase competitiveness. And the Fundamentals of Quality Management course aims to improve technical knowledge about the area, with a focus on improving processes and satisfying customers and others stakeholders.
The training on Creativity - Principles and Techniques addresses aspects of how to use creativity to develop and adopt different practices at work, aiming to leverage your career. The training presents techniques such as SIT (Systematic Innovative Thinking), which helps in the creation of ideas, focuses on having and fulfilling well-applied goals.

Em soft skills (social skills), the course Conflict management brings concepts and tools that enable the management of challenging situations, but inherent to human beings. It also teaches how to turn conflicts into opportunities to improve professional relationships and manage disagreements between employees.
Finally, training on Empathy addresses the essential components to practice it, in addition to providing a step-by-step guide on how to be empathetic in everyday life, with the construction of a map. With this, the student will develop skills to understand other people and act with empathy in moments of decision; improve communication; and manage employees more assertively, focusing on positive results and productivity.
