After the sertanejo singer Zé Neto talks about Anitta's tattoo in a somewhat unusual place, a great investigation began in the sertanejo world

There has never been so much talk about an artist's tattoo as there has been talk about the tattoo of the Anitta in the last few weeks. And it's no wonder: after a provocation by Zé Neto (from the duo with Cristiano) that reached the internet, fans began to discover, through the Access to Information Law, that many singers in the country side were being paid with public money. , information that was not consistent with the sertanejo singer's speech. 3a6j1k

With a focus on explaining every chapter of this long story, we've gathered all the information you need to know in this post. There is no denying that Anitta's “tororó” (name given to the place of her body by the singer herself) is about to trigger the I of the sertanejos.

What is the origin of Anitta's tattoo? 4uj6v

In early 2021, Anitta was a topic on the internet (and outside it) for getting a tattoo in a somewhat unusual place: on the anus. Much has been said about the artist's decision to choose such a sensitive place to place a tattoo and how much this decision must have hurt, but in an interview with Fantastic Last week, the singer revealed that she chose to get the tattoo as a way to encourage her father.

Known as Painitto, Mauro Machado told his desire to get a tattoo for his daughter, but he was very afraid of how much it could hurt. Focused on showing that the pain was not that great (and after having “a few good drinks”), Anitta said he would get a tattoo on the most sensitive place on the human body.

By doing some research on the internet, she found that the anus is the most sensitive part and getting a tattoo there would be a real challenge. The idea sounds insane (and actually, it's a lot), but the singer actually tattooed the word "love" on this part of her body.

They're just for the specials. It's not quite there, it's like half an inch above. I was with my dad and he wanted to get a tattoo. We were at home drinking and talking, he said it hurt, but he really wanted to do it. I said that to prove that it didn't hurt, I was going to do it in the most sensitive place on my body. And then there was this place and I had to do it. I thought I was just having fun with my friends and getting a cute tattoo, okay?

Despite the reception on the internet, the singer never intended to attract attention or try to make a headline on the internet.

The statement by Zé Neto 3k3s6y

Friday, May 13, 2022. While most of us were at home or at the club, country singer Zé Neto, from the duo with Cristiano, chose the stage of a show in Sorriso, Mato Grosso to make a big statement. The night seemed to be a lot of party and several fans were ready to enjoy the songs of the duo, but there was the recording of a video that would later provoke a great investigation of justice.

In addition to making a provocation about the tattoo of Anitta, Zé Neto also took the opportunity to say that he never needed the of the Rouanet Law (assuming that the Federal Government really gave money to artists). Check it out below:

We are here in Sorriso, Mato Grosso, one of the states that ed Brazil during the pandemic. We are artists who do not depend on Lei Rouanet. Our fee is paid by the people. We don't need to get a tattoo on t*ba to show if we're okay or not. We just come here, sing and the whole of Brazil sings with us.

On the same night that the video in question ended up on the internet, fans of Anitta began to discover that although the country singer never needed the Rouanet Law, the country duo (and other names of the genre) received a large sum to perform in cities with few inhabitants. But before that, it is necessary to talk about the law that was cited by the singer.

How does the Rouanet Law work? 4o272q

Created in 1995, the Lei Rouanet is focused on encouraging culture, and despite what many people think (including the sertanejo Zé Neto), there are no investments that come out of public coffers, even though the Income Tax discount of companies that sponsor projects was really for the Government Federal.

The big point is: the Ministry of Culture does not invest its own money, but does a major review to see if the idea can receive private sponsorship. THE 8.313 Law it became known in this way due to the secretary of culture at the time it was created, Sérgio Paulo Rouanet.

As soon as you develop the planning of a cultural project, which can be the realization of a show, creation of a book, film production or any other type of cultural launch, those responsible, who can be individuals or legal entities (with more than 02 years of existence) must follow a series of first requirements when applying online.

Only in this way does the idea for a first review. And it doesn't stop here: it is necessary that the project has financial and mainly technical viability, so that a second minute is sent and attached, indicating the approval of the project or not.

The process involves a series of approvals before partners are sought (Photo: Reproduction/Internet)

Only when it goes through a third stage, which is carried out by the specialists of the National Culture Incentive Commission (CNIC), so the people responsible for the idea can be ed for private funding or not. There is a period of up to one year for the project to receive possible investments, but if necessary, it is possible to request a renewal for another six months.

With this approval made by the Federal Government, then those responsible can look for sponsors who will invest their money so that everything is taken off the paper and part of it will be deducted from the income tax. In other words: as much as it seems that an artist is using public money to develop that idea that you don't like, that's not what happens.

The “I do sertanejo” and the canceled shows 156f42

Despite the rather funny name, a Parliamentary Investigative Commission (I) has not yet been set up by the Federal Public Ministry to carry out a major review of the fees paid to artists for concerts held in the most diverse cities in Brazil.

But that doesn't mean that state governments haven't started an investigation of their own to find out why such high amounts were being paid by city halls in cities with so few inhabitants. After netizens discovered that the show itself Zé Neto and Cristiano was being paid through public money, for the amount of R$ 400 thousand, the focus shifted to the singer Gusttavo Lima, as early as the 19th of May.

Gusttavo Lima became the target of investigations after a statement by Zé Neto (Photo: Reproduction/Internet)

The first information questioned was that of a show that would be held in São Luiz (which has 8 inhabitants), in the state of Roraima, for the amount of R$ 800 thousand. another show of Gustavo Lima that is undergoing investigation is on May 25 this year in Magé, RJ, which has about 227 inhabitants, for the amount of R$ 1 million.

Still about Gusttavo Lima, the information was released that the value of the show paid to the singer should only be destined for education, health or infrastructure, which as you realized, was not going to happen. Another data was also made public: André Janones, pre-candidate for the presidency of the Republic, allocated the amount of R$ 2 million to an exhibition that would have a show with Gustavo Lima in Indaiatuba, MG.

On May 27, questions were raised about a show in Conceição do Mato Dentro (MG), for R$ 1,2 million in a city of 17 inhabitants. The same city canceled the duo's show Bruno and Brown which was scheduled to take place on the 28th of May.

Authorities began to suspect the high amount paid for concerts (Photo: Reproduction/Internet)

Other names of the sertanejo, such as Maiara and Maraísa, Simone and Simaria and Wesley Safadão had their shows canceled by city halls due to investigations. Past events also began to be investigated. The biggest suspicion is that the amount charged for the shows is being overpriced so that those involved can divert public money. But no conclusions had been made at the time of writing this article.

Internet thanks Anitta  1y1m5b

As much as it has been quoted in history for a tattoo that was done in 2021, there is no denying that the comment about the tattoo of the Anitta caused the start of investigations in cities in Brazil to prevent the embezzlement of public money. And the internet wouldn't stop making memes about the situation. The best of them is the interpreter of “Wrap”, who thought he was just doing a “tattoo in tororó”.
