In September, the IFA 2015, the biggest electronics fair in the world, where the biggest technology companies present their news, and with the proximity of the event, rumors and leaks tend to be bigger. 1k1wr
This time, new photos of the next smartphone from Sony, X were leaked and show how it should be. One of the images shows the smartphone next to a iPhone 5S and another device that is probably the Xperia Z5 Compact, and indicates that the devices will have a fingerprint reader.

When looking at the photos more closely, we can see that the power button is bigger and the fingerprint reader will be on it, as indicated by this screen, seen in the supposed Z5 Compact.
Another set of photos, leaked by some Chinese (always them :D), shows that it will keep the same line design from past generations and will preserve some features such as headphone output on the top, USB on the bottom, dedicated camera activation button, volume and power button on the side.
Obviously the model is a test prototype and finishing details of the device should change in the final version that will be released, but you can already have a sense of how it will be. Among the leaked photos, it also appeared in the Twitter an image of X and its minor version: Xperia Z5 Compact, where you can see the two in more detail.
Name Z5 is not confirmed and may still change, given that the Sony does not follow a specific rule for naming its devices, having released its last device as Z3 + in the rest of the world.
According to the information gathered, theboth will be equipped with the SoC Snapdragon 810 (there is still time to change), which already equips the Xperia Z3 + and é known for overheating, to the point of requiring performance reduction software to not fry smartphone components.
The screen of both would also be exactly the same as the devices of the previous generation, and the novelty would be in the fingerprint reader and in the use of the new standard. USB type-C, however in the images this cannot be confirmed as the new USB standard is reversible and in the images the notch on the USB port does not seem to allow reverse docking.
The Sony Xperia Z5 is due to launch at IFA 2015, which takes place in early September, so stay tuned to SMT for all the news.
